- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 AM (EST) qualify for same-day delivery, exclusively available within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
- Delivery Schedule: Please note that our delivery services operate from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Signature Requirement: To guarantee the secure receipt of your package, a signature is required upon delivery.
- Undeliverable Items: If an item is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery attempts (e.g., denial of receipt or inability to sign), the customer will bear all related shipping costs.
